This number belongs to a company that makes money off charities. Sick AF. I mean who does that?!

Ethical fundraising it is not. Ethical is the charities making the calls, not some 3rd person who harasses people even when they're assured their number is off the call list.

Why is this number still valid and allowed to make calls?

signed a petition recently and they messaged me yesterday about a call and then called today most likely for money

Caller: Public Outreach

Called them back and it was a recording stating public outreach

Signed up for a petition yesterday as well. I'm blocking the number.
