Called back number and Optus recording said it was disconnected. A scam call using spoof numbering

Rang back and my carrier advised that the number had been disconnected

Did not leave a message

TCA or PCI Australia for a survey - couldn’t quite hear the name. It was for a “genuine surgery for genuine government purposes” but didn’t specify what the service was actually for, how they’d obtained my number or what branch of government it’s for.

Seems suspicious.
