These annoying people have called-all times in a day. Last night they rang me at 2.30am!
I was using my ph (@ that time), however-it - FREEKS ME OUT- they seem to know when I’m using my ph.

When they called today (asking for me) & saying my full name! Scary however they get your info, the lady asked for me & demanded I prove ‘that “I am myself’ - well enough’!!!
I asked her “tell me where you’re from & the reason for your call”.
The women said she couldn’t say so; until & unless - I proved my identify.
Of course I’d never - give anyone my personal info. I said “don’t call me ever again, you’ll be reported to the Police

Ring up the Energy Ombudsman and make a complaint about them harassing you. Also ring Click Energy on 1800 775 929 and tell them that you are making a complaint to the relevant Energy Ombudsman in your state. Tell Click Energy to remove you from their marketing list.
