i blocked the number because when i called it it said optus advised that the number is not in service

Truecaller shows the number as Wayne Kerr, but based on the other comments, I think it is an NPO. I didn't answer.

Called me and didn't leave a message. My phone alerted it me that it is suspected scam. I blocked the number and then called it. They said it is surge direct calling on behalf of charity partner.

Called number back and its a call centre. Message said "thank you for calling back, this is the number for one of a represented partners"

they phone and never leave message. I never answer unknow nos anymore.
