Caller: Someone regarding health insurance

Delay when I answered and said 'hello', waited until the other end spoke, she knew my name and said she's calling regarding my health insurance and if she basically can help me find a better deal, I didn't imply if I did or didn't have health insurance, so ask her to repeat where she was calling from and why, and again she said she's calling regarding health insurance, so I said sorry but I'm happy with my current provider, that I'm not interested and hung up, then blocked the number. The accent was hard to understand too, and the phone number doesn't come up when searching, so I'm assuming this to be a scam of some sort.
