Caller: Tangerine telco I was a customer but they were useless to deal with and could not activate my service. They booked an NBN appointment without my permission twice, once after I had cancelled my account. Also have excessive wait times to speak with customer service so that you are forced to remain with their service. Highly disappointedd.

If this is Tangerine (??) their Customer Service is appalling - they either don’t speak when they call or speak and demand all your personal details before they will provide any information. Either way, unacceptable. It could be anybody.
