Caller: State Emergency Services

I called back and got a re Recorded message stating that it was national state emergency services and they were running a raffle.

Caller: Scammer

The SES website says that it doesn’t run raffles.

Wanting to sell raffle tickets, have told them numerous times and even abused them telling them not to call and I didn't want ticket but they still keep being arse wipes

As far as I can tell, the NSW SES does not operate raffles but the National SES Volunteers Association does. It does not receive govt funding. Its a non-profit which accepts both donations and raffle purchases which can be online. Their is a raffle in progress atm 19/3/2021. I have no association with either body. Just posting information for those in the future wanting to follow up a call.

I do not know whether your particular caller was bogus or not. The addresses below may help others to track down whether future calls are a scam or not.
There is an associated body to the SES, the National SES Volunteers Association. It accepts donations and runs raffles. Both can be done through their website. Email, address and telephone numbers are below.This is from its website-
