I called Kids With Cancer. They are using the cold-calling model to sell raffle-tickets? ? Just hope people aren't willingly handing over sensitive/personal info over the phone but are using alternative ways to donate.

Legitimate and wrong, especially if they are asking for personal or sensitive information over the phone. It's reinforcing a bridge for scammers to cross, which outnumber the 'legit' calls unfortunately.
