They left a message but didn't say anything. Sounds of other people, maybe an office in the background. I don't know why a legitimate organisation would leave a message that's silent.
I've seen in other people's messages here, that they were told the "Rural fire service" or "NSW fire service" had called them regarding raffle tickets. I'm in Victoria - maybe that's why some are told "rural" rather than "NSW" - then again, I may be becoming too cynical, but, it sounds a little strange to me when I put it all together.
