Caller: Public Outreach Missed Call.
When I called back, during business hours, message machine answered, “You’ve rang Public Outreach blah, blah, blah”. Apparently they make phone calls on behalf of charities who people have made subscriptions to in the past. The end of the message goes, “If you have missed us, don’t worry, we will be in contact again soon”.
