Colton just called from this number. Said he was from Lifestyle Group and I had won an android tablet from the online survey I entered. I said I hadn't done an online survey, but that some keeps selling my details from the bogus Ikea survey I filled in 2 years? ago. He got a little flustered, pursued his point I had really done their survey. I assured him again I hadn't & it was only the bogus Ikea one. He got a little off put & said he didn't feel comfortable talking with me & hung up.

Tried calling the number back. No answer.

Thanks guys, when I saw this number came out, I kenw it's a scam so I waited till he talked, and then I hung up - SWEET REVENGE.

Rang then hung up a few seconds after being answered. Do they honestly think that I will call back a number that is rude enough to hang up after being answered and that I don't recognize. Won't waste my time or money. From the other reports it's a scam call anyway.

Exactly the same. I have blocked the 0488 number but they change the last numbers every so often and keep coming.

Called from the Lifestyle Group about winning an Android Tablet. Asked me by name - but is my family Nickname that I never use so started ringing alarm bells. Told her that I don't recall entering anything - said it would have been in the last 12-24 months. Confirmed my last name and then said I was a home owner and asked if it was still mortgaged. Told her I have no mortgage - told me oh.. that's why you are on my list and been given to me. Ok I will take you off the list and hung up.

I'm on the DNC register and rarely give out my details.

Caller: Telemarketer

Said he was from a lifestyle survey company. Apparently I won a competition I entered, he asked me if I remember entering and won a Samsung tablet.

Caller: Some guy with a deep strong voice

He said he was from the Lifestyle Group, a financial company that helps people improve their finances. He said i had filled out an online survey a few months ago and i had won an android table but he needed to confirm some details and arrange a time to visit to discuss options. When i said i don't recall filling out a survey, he said it could have been my partner or child who did it without my knowing. I stopped the call as i suspect this to be a scam. When i said i don't give out personal information and that i wasn't going to answer his question unless i can confirm someone in my family had filled in the survey, he said 'OK, i'll let you go then' but he didn't hang up. I could tell he was waiting for me to continue the conversation and when i said goodbye he sounded surprised. My feeling is this is a cold call centre trying to get customer leads or it is a scam.

I answered the call then they hung up.... probably dodgy.

These 0488 numbers have been harassing me for 2 months now. I have blocked them, but they keep ringing anyway. DO NOT ANSWER - Insurance scam

Similar to above - 2 calls each leaving message. Have blocked numbers but no doubt a new one will appear - with wonders of technology I wait someone to invent a way for us to blast these numbers and the callers out of existence

This is the 4th time and on my mobile. I answered it once and they hung up on me.
The other time I let it ring out and go the message bank, but not message.

Phone security blocks call, but they keep trying, good luck to them but if they don't leave a message I won't call back
