They said I won a tablet. Said the were from some wealth place. All I had to do was attend a seminar to collect my android Tablet.. scam

They have called twice and just hang up when I answer

This mob keep calling my phone and when I answer they just hang up. What’s the point? Gronks !

Claimed that I had entered a competition 10 months ago with LJ Hooker and had won an android tablet. Asked questions about finance and mortgage. I contacted LJ Hooker, they know nothing about it. Is this the new way to do surveys? Sounded like a call centre.

I have blocked this number on my phone so many times and somehow the phone call still comes through. They keep on asking to speak to Audrey, someone I don’t know, and as soon as you reply well I don’t know an Audrey they just tell you that you’ve entered a survey sometime ago. If you hang up and call back you only receive a message, “this number is not in service”. So annoying.

They said I had entered a competition (which I hadn’t) to win a tablet. They knew my name and details. Felt a bit scam like.

They called and it was a young lady advising that I had entered a competition and I had won. I wouldn't remember entering the competition as it was 2 years ago however I just had to turn up to a homeowners seminar to claim my prize. As soon as I said I wasn't interested the call disconnected.

I keep getting calls from this number and other mobile numbers either hanging up on me or claiming I did a survey etc etc.

When I called back I got ‘the number you have called is not in service”.
