Caller: Apparently calling regarding off-market property listings

Supposedly calling on behalf of either an investor or real estate agent looking for properties to buy off-market.

We have given no indication that we want to sell and have no idea how they got my mobile number.

Has called repeatedly but leaves no message. When you call back, you're placed on 'hold' seemingly permanently. Scam.

Caller: He gave his name as Angelo

Caller knew my name and address and said he had a client who wanted to put in an offer on my property.

just had the same call - someone knew my name, saying they were calling on behalf of someone wanting to buy *** (they had my address). a) it's not for sale and b) I don't own the property.

Called on behalf of of "North" for some one interested in buying my property - my property is not for sale - wanted to provide my details to the buyer - I asked them how they had my details and they advised they have missions of properties on their server. I asked for them to delete my property and number and to cease calling me. Also provide buyers details which I did not write down.

Cold called regarding a third party supposedly interested in buying our property. Didn't ask for any personal information but I suspect the first stage of a potential scam.

Received a phone call to landline, then mobile, knew our name and address. When questioned, they said had information from database. Supposedly calling from company, on behalf on an person interested in buying our home, which is not on market. We hung up immediately, after saying, certainly not talking to an unknown cold caller. Phone number showed as suspected scam, when calling back to check immediately goes to a "hold music". Definitely scam.
