Keeps calling my mobile but only rings twice before hanging up and not leaving a message

This number is a ball breaker! Constantly calls never leaves a message. Some jerk registered my phone # as part of winning an iPhone or something and I am getting slammed with telemarking... 😡 Keep on blocking and Then new numbers continue the cycle... Groundhog Day!

I have received 3 calls from these people and when I decline the call, they call back 2 seconds later, I did that a few times. They can bugger off!! I can't answer the phone as I have hearing problems.

This number is annoying me and my party we as well.
I don't know what to do about it. Because every time I try to call back, there will be I answer or someone picks up but wouldn't answer and just listen.

They have called me multiple times from different numbers. Today I answered and they were trying to sell me insurance. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and asked how they got my number and he told me that they got it through a broker so I must have approached one. I told him I was unemployed so I was not likely I would have to gone to a broker for anything. He then wanted my personal details and I asked why they didn't have them. He said they were not given my personal details and I would have to provide them and I told him I was not comfortable with that. I told him I was not interested in insurance and he kept trying to sign me up to speak with a consultant. He again asked for my details and I said I did not want to give them so he said thank you and hung up.

I've had 4 calls from this no today. When I answer it disconnects, if I call back it rings once then ?answers but is silent.
