This number keeps calling me at all hours. It is either static and then hang ups or they are talking gibberish.

First time they called they left a 3 minute voicemail, spoke in what sounded like Spanish the whole time then hung up. Second time they called I answered and they hung up. Third time they called, again, spoke foreign so I hung up and blocked. Just got another voicemail from them 25 seconds of background chatter then hung up.

Call every afternoon c4pm no message then again about 1hr later. no message.
no message ..no answer from me!

Continually rings day in and day out. I do not know the number so will not answer. If they can't leave a message then it must be a telemarketer.

If they cant leave a message then I do not answer???
