Been getting lots of scam calls from numbers like this. When you try and call back the phone is silent and then makes the engaged noise. Perhaps the user has engaged silence unknown callers on the phone. Strange that when you try and Google this number it doesn’t come up as being associated with any business. Also on AU Caller it claims ‘page not found’ when usually it would state the original telco who administered the number. So is this from a scammer overseas or an internal number given to an Australian Government organisation like Centrelink, a Hospital or the Police?
