SMS asking for feedback on doctors appointment ... every 10 min (multiple SMS)

received an unsolicited sms from HealthEngine on this number encouraging me to download their app. My clinic used their service to send me an appointment reminder (came on another number, the day before). This is an unauthorised use of private data. It is not the only breach of confidentiality, release of patient details that HealthEngine have carried out, it is just another one. I reported this to my GP and the practice will stop using them. I would never sign up with them. Search for info about them - it's worth the read.

I believe this number is Health Engine - an online booking service used by GPs and health practitioners. I have previously used them but deleted my account, since they have been reported to sell data to insurance companies. I received the SMS after booking an appointment with my GP (directly, not though Health Engine), so suspect that medical centres with a relationship to Health Engine also pass on data to them and allow HE to contact their patients. Not impressed.

Received an sms from this number, " Online bookings now available at Aiya Medical Centre. Get free app....link looks suspect. I have never heard of this Medical Centre.

I have SMS's from this phone number wanting me to download an app to make appointments for my local GP.. The addresses in the text look dodgy. I asked my local GP (who it seemed to the subject of the SMS) and they did not know anything about it.
This looks like a phishing scam or worse.
