Caller with non-English speaking accent informed changes to Superannuation were coming and he had 3 questions. He knew my name. Stringing him on, his first question was, was I between the ages of 20 and 58. Told him none of his business and I hung up.

A random phone call from Nationwide Super wanting to do a 3 question survey for a Superannuation check on Insurance. Wouldn’t tell me if they were representing my current Super fund. “Assured” me it wasn’t a cold call.

Wanted to provide a lost super check and discuss my superannuation. Unsolicited call.

Keep on calling back with different 0488 numbers.

Caller: Scammers attempting to get personal information posing as Super consultants.

Scammers with name and phone number details attempting to get personal information posing as Super consultants.

My phone identified this number as a 'fraud'. It stopped ringing after a brief while.

This number called at 11:47 pm on a Friday. Didn't leave a message. I never pick up when I don't recognise the number and if they don't leave a message I don't get back to them.

They knew my name but weren’t a company that I was a customer of. Foreign call centre operator claimed to be from something that sounded like Nationwide Super. Couldn’t explain why they were calling me at 5.30pm on a Friday except “it’s still working hours”. I didn’t give them any more if my time to figure out if it was a true scam.

Number relates to a legit electrician in Vic, however, when I answered they wanted to talk about my tax.
