They said they were from a national review team but would not say who. I hung up

They called me saying they would give me a call on Monday and they needed information (my age etc) and when I asked who this was or what this was for they could not give me a straight answer so I hung up

They said they were calling about the government changes to Superannuation. Foreign call centre. Advised to remove the number they called from their register. Terminated call.

Said someone will call me tomorrow about reviewing my superannuation to see if I've misplaced any.
Cold calling about financial records sounds fishy but could also be ligit.

I rang back the number using 1831 before the phone number to block my number they said they are from some group about Super funds sounded American to me I gave them a drilling about scamming people I got hung up on lol
