They called from this number and once I block the number they use other mobile numbers to call me. I normally do not answer but on a number of times when I answered they either do not talk or claim to be from a charity.

Tried to say they from an art union charity, used my at when I answered the call then got defensive when I asked where they got my details

2x missed calls from them. Their answering machine was for a charity collector? No other info

they said they were from Gold Coast City Council doing a quick 10 second survey, I answered the first question, when I said I wasn't answering the 2nd question he said, ? Oh you're very stupid, I'll call you back.

Did not answer. No message left so guessing its a spam

Hangs up when you answer.

I answered - charity - the call dropped out it was all staticky.
