Constantly getting calls from 0488 numbers. Block them then get call from different number. What to do?

I've noticed a pattern of 0488 802 numbers calling. They never talk, just hang up. I block one then another one calls.

Whoever manages Australia's mobile numbers needs to look into why these are being used by overseas telemarketing firms.
