I received a call today from a guy from "Call Solutions Australia" asking all manner of personal information to find out if I was eligible for a "income tax with holding credit" he was fumbling all over his words and seemed rather nervous, I asked for his return number and business name and guess what doesn't exist... Silly snag!!

called back - music playing - then he answered quiet friendly and trying to get information and talk - told him I will look into anything I want to do and wont give any information to anyone over the phone - goodbye !

This group got my phone number because I filled in a fake competition survey that looked like it was from Virgin (but wasn't). Whoever did that survey has given my number to sooooo many different organisations and I get calls constantly. I now ignore any number that I don't recognise, and if it is a legit caller they always leave a message and I can call back. Super frustrating. I encourage everyone to report it to ACCC scam watch.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they just hang up. I have now blocked the number! GRRRR

They rang I answered, they said nothing just hung up. I rang the number back it was answered with "Welcome" then music, I hung up. What an annoying waste of time.

Called me few times , but I cut it off.
Just googled the number and I was directed to this page.
I am glad I cut them off.
I will block the number.

Called me this morning offer me tax information service which could help me claim back up to 200$ a week from tax office for my superannuation, haha... pure scam.

Called me around 10:16am. Sounded like a mature age lady asking if I received my package (very vague), then asked my total combined house hold income and what job. Soon as I said I was unemployed she had lost interest, I ask that she send this mysterious package but she void answering back & didn't even ask for my address or confirmation. Makes me think if what she said was really true as she asked what area and I answered and replied that's the area we missed, highly suspicious of deception. I asked what is the function of your business she gave me another vague answer that they are registered with the Australian securities and a bold answer that they are affiliated with the ATO. Should of ask for their ABN (to satisfy my own curiosity). Though in the background I could here what appears to be a call centre, but who knows it could be a recording and some one wanting to charge your credit card in the end.

Grrr - these people have been calling me 4 times a day!! It started off with asking me and my partners income - I was super busy so they said they will call me back.......... little did I know they would call this often... NUMBER BLOCKED

I keep receiving these calls. Do I work full time, do I own a home to get an incentive. AHHH they have so many different numbers they drive me crazy!

Just called back and asked to be taken off their list immediately and stop calling.

She didn't argue and said no problem.

Yep they just called me today from same number, 0488 801 165, guy said he was calling from Core Solutions and that he could offer amazing tax incentives which I'd most likely be eligible for, starting asking questions about my income and if I work, have a mortgage etc. Said he'd like to arrange a time for someone to drop by my place for a visit to discuss these 'tax incentives' in more detail and that I could save thousands of dollars. I hung up.

Don't give your address or any info, in fact just hang up if you see this number or they mention anything about 'Core Solutions'.

Be mindful in some time they might be calling back with a different business name. Never agree to this nonsense, if you want financial advice see a financial adviser or speak to your accountant.

It never f*cking stops, does it? How many numbers do these people HAVE?!

Acted like he knew where i lived. Asked if anyone was working full time. I said no. Sounds like theives to me. Guy reckoned he was in victoria. Seems like a way to get ur address and find out which houses are available to target for break n enter..
