Caller: text message scam

was sent a text message - 'we are sorry for non-delivery of your order' with a dodgy link to a site https://wptheme.top/
Went to the site using Tails on a USB stick and strongly suspect it attempts to install malware on a phone.
Ringing the number the text came from goes to a message bank.
