Caller: Foxtel rep Sounds like from a south asian call centre, offering $69 broadband deal for existing customers, with cheaper current Foxtel subscription package if taken with broadband.

Call came through as potential fraud. She claimed to be from Foxtel and started asking me questions about my service, what I had etc. if she was really from Foxtel, then the information should be in front of her.

Do they work from home now? using their own mobile numbers? not from a call centre?
