Caller: Fake "Telstra technical support'

Some nutjob with an Indian accent called my cell phone, claiming to be from "Telstra technical support" regarding my 'internet connection'. Don't know how these scammers got my cell phone number. I was about to tell him where to go, when he hung up on me. Tried calling the number back to continue telling him where to go. Yielded no results. Got an automated message - something like "this number is not receiving phone calls" or the like.
