Rang until I answered, heard ? possibly a voice-automated 'hello' then it hung up. Rang the number back but it is diverting to a disconnected number/auto message 'number you have dialled has been disconnected' ... this usually indicates the number has an 'all calls' diverstion set, to a disconnected number/not taking calls ... some bugger messing around ..
