Caller: Scammer Said they were Master card Visa card security. Claimed they needed to authorise an $800 donation to medical centre in the Netherlands. Could barely speak English. Couldn’t tell me the number on the card or give me an accurate name and didn’t know the bank issuing the card. Asked him if his family felt a lot of shame about him being a scammer. He hung up.
