Caller: Solar panel company Rang at 4.56pm Wednesday and addressed me by name. I understand we all need to work, but trying to sell people stuff they never asked about or for at dumb times??? I swear these companies tell them that they are not cold market canvassing and not harassing people that have prior made first contact.
