Caller: Brett NBN repair man, obviously a contractor. He was very nice and obliging. Appointment booked by Telstra, only problem, Telstra didn’t advise me of the appointment. I was interstate at the time and no one was home to let the repair man in to do his job. WELL DONE AGAIN TELSTRA - NATIONAL CARRIER - NATIONAL DISGRACE.
