Received text message from this number 10 July 2021 advising of a Paypal payment of $1499.99 being made from my paypal account. It had a link in the text to open if you wanted to dispute the payment. Blocked the number.

SMS message: "Commbank: your Netbank acess has been temporarily disabled due to unusual activity."
Then directs to a link to "unlock"
I am not a Commbank customer.
