A message was left on my phone by a Chinese speaking recording that stated I hadn't signed for a TNT Express International parcel and it was the last day to make contact to a human customer service. I used the Google Translate App to convert it into English. The number wasn't accepting return calls. How does Telstra let this type of scam happen?
