Caller: Mark Newman Purportedly from Telstra, an automated voice Megan warned that there have been system outages reported from my internet connection and that Tech Support would need to talk me through how to resolve this, or my internet would be disconnected in the next 24 hours. Called back from another phone 10 minutes after refusing to co-operate and giving them a piece of my mind for threatening to disconnet my internet connection. The number could not be reached as the 'mobile phone was disconnected'.
