Caller: McGrath Real Estate I was irritated as straight off asked me about selling, pressure. Asked how much equity I had!! ( 100%). But like wtf. When I asked if someone in our building wanted me to sell, they got off the phone quickly. I have one neighbour who is just a dishonest, mercenary ass..e who enjoys trying to control, abuse everyone, and is a complete idiot. Rang number back and got unnamed voicemail. Blocked the number. Very unprofessional "agent"??
