Call centre. Rang three times over a period of a week but I never answered. Fourth call I thought maybe it was a call I needed to answer but of course, all there was in the background was call centre chatter and a heavily accented voiced talking to me...hung up straight away & blocked the number.

"Thankyou for calling Australian Customer Care. All our operators are busy at the moment, so please hold and one of our operators will be with you shortly"... ... I'm guessing it's some kind of market research customer satisfaction survey contractor.

Received unsolicited call from "Australia Customer Care" trying to sell life insurance.
Caller unable to provide ABN when asked and was persistent in trying to work out why I wasn't interested when asked to be placed on their internal do not call register.

Save your time and don't answer!

we're receiving repeated nuisance calls during the day. when we answer there is nobody there . This might be a scam to trick you into calling back ,whereby they have you ,pay for the calls and obtain some information from you for later use. Beware ,if they don't respond to your " hello " , something funny ,hang up.
