Caller: Telstra Called advising they were from Telstra asking if I was having internet issues which I was. Offered a discount and were retrieving my personal billing details. Hung up.

Caller: Fake Telstra Played along & Confirming the address the caller had on file was correct (even though it wasn't). I went off track & asked if they wanted to buy a box of apple. I had many boxes. Call ended.

Caller: Supposedly from Telstra 2 nd time this lady has called saying from Telstra and asking if I was experiencing problems - yes. Asked if an email address she had there was mine and the address Telstra had, I agreed. Then problems in the line stopped her from hearing questions I was asking. Hung up
