Caller: Adam (fake name)

Calling as Telstra representative saying, someone is attempting to hack us (we are with another ISP). He did not want to mention who he was intending to call and tried to acquire more information first. We did not entertain him and called him out quickly, after which he got defensive and started calling us criminals.
