Answered it, was a recorded voice about my 'Telstra IP address' and that my internet will be cancelled in 24 hours, and to talk to someone I should press 1. I'm not with Telstra and I don't even have internet at home (use hotspot from mobile). So I did not press 1, and have blocked the number.
