Silent scam call! This phone number rang a few rings. I answered but they hung up on me. They didn’t leave a message. It’s the usual silent pause of 5 seconds whilst the line is open, then I hear “click” and they’ve hung up on me!! The call shows on display as “Australia”. I only know Melb numbers, thus anytime I see “Australia” my instinct tells me it’s a Scam. WHY can’t TELSTRA do a damn thing about these scams? Telstra = Multi-Billion dollar company. Surely they’ve got the cash & equip to BLOCK these daily scams from our mobiles & landlines??
