Called off multiple similar numbers, didn’t answer. When I called back it was disconnected. Do not answer.

When answered called hung straight away. Tried calling back not connected

I have received 2 calls in a row from 0485 prefixes, including 0485 997 946, hanging up when I answer. Why aren't they listed here? Nearly all my spam calls are from the same prefix - why can't these callers be banned.
