When this number calls don't answer it, it's a scam call. Some calls can install malware when you answer and some install malware even if you don't answer. Ditch any smart phone you have, use a dumb phone without apps and if you have a computer, try a Linux operating system and use stand alone programs, ditch any cloud based programs. Also, equip yourself with anti-virus programs. Support your local community, get involved in your local community and support each other. We're in very dangerous times and those who only care about 'power and wealth' are genocidal settler colonials and extractive/exploitative colonies creating scumbags who are engaged in crimes against humanity, crimes against nature, genocides globally, though we have the numbers and need to stand with all indigenous countries, indigenous peoples and indigenous civilizations, eg. with Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, Sudan, Maya (Guatemala's indigenous people), Cuba etc... arm yourself with the truth, stand your ground and fight against those who are the real criminals, zionist/satanic psychopaths and sociopaths in positions of power and their armed criminal underworld agents.
