Caller: Zoe

One of those Energy Advisor scam calls to provide a cheaper energy bill. Zoe kept mashing her phone into her neck every time her brother in the background was screaming HELLO! HELLLOOOO!!! at his customers. Zoe wouldn't say 'please hold' every time she mashed the phone into her shoulder and also wouldn't let me speak to the brother. Apparently, there was 'no one else there', but I don't believe her. Zoe didn't continue the call for much longer as she was a bad sport when told she got my address wrong. Zoe would benefit from further customer service training and also potentially looking into a career in a less disgusting industry - especially if she wants to have kids in the future. Good luck Zoe.
