Caller: Allegedly Telstra

Got a call from this number saying it was Charlotte from Telstra and that my IP address has switched from private to public resulting in security issues with use of my phone. I suspected that it was NQR and when I told her my phone is a work phone, she immediately hung up.

Called saying my IP address has switched from private to public and that’s why my internet speed is slow. Kept asking me to run a speed test then started talking to someone next to her in another language. Ignored me when I asked her who else she was talking to. Became rude and hung up on me when I questioned who she was and where she was calling from.

Came up as Fraud, Did Not Answer
