2 calls in 2 days. No voicemail. I called back from a landline and got some strange sound effect. Most likely telemarketing or spam

I received 5 calls from this number in one day, I sent it through to voice mail.. the last time I answered it was from some guy who said do you remember I spoke to you 2 weeks ago, I said no and asked if it was urgent because they had phoned 5 times, no message and guy, an Australian clueless said yes Urgent WTF... not sure what this call is but called back and no answer.. I have blocked.. does not sound legitimate
