Some guy left a mumbled message. Distinct accent, hardly audible but heard the associations name.

This company or whatever is scraping data and finding people to pay for their crummy networking events or membership fees.

Would avoid if they hire random people to cold call.

Phone rang twice then they hung up. Weirdos.

Sounded like a pocket dial - with a mumbled conversation between two people in another language

Two people speaking in a different language and then mentioning Public Service Network in a mumbled voice.

Likely to be Public Sector Network (as mentioned by another user) - I recently registered for an event advertised by them.

Asked for a random person that is not me and asked for a call back - Clearly a SCAM

Received follow-up SMS stating it is the Public Sector Network promoting paid training courses. No option in SMS to opt out of these calls.

Calling asking for staff members contact information but unable to provide current work unit details. When provided with an email address to send query they lost all interest.
