Caller: Hard to understand

Answered the phone to initial silence, then after 4 or 5 seconds the person calling tried to confirm business details. Once confirmed which business they called, they then mentioned that this call would be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. The person calling mumbled when stating where they were calling from, and did not provide much detail. When told that this business wasn't interested, they tried to reconfirm details, and mumbled over why they were calling. I declined again.
