No message left. Called the number back and it was a recorded message saying thank you for calling customer service then different numbers to press for different departments. No indication as to who the company is or why they may be calling!

Caller: APIA APIA health insurance. Saying "Who is your insurer". I said 'none of your business' but he persisted. Advised I was on the do not call list and he hung up.
