Caller: Call centre

I actually received two calls from this same number, about ten minutes apart. The first was from a woman (with an Indian accent) who didn't give her name but asked about my solar panels and whether I was getting any rebate on my power bills, also that the government was going to increase my rebate amount. I told her that I was in credit and then she replied "OK" and hung up. The second caller was a man (also with an Indian accent), who told me his name was James and started asking me similar questions to the first caller. Once again I told him that I was in credit and he terminated the call. I get calls like this about once a week (sometimes more often). I believe that they are scam calls, certainly a nuisance.

I just answered a call from this number and after a two second delay I could hear someone laughing, then they hung up. I guess they didn't expect anyone to answer
