Caller: I don’t know I keep getting phone calls from similar numbers where only the last three digits change. Others I have searched, the results show as a scam. I am thinking the same for this one as no message is left.

caller wanted to offer a service to 're finance mortgage' (relevant topic) -
quoted interest rates of 5.99 to 6.04 (some local knowledge / research)
things to note
- distinct pause when I said hello until he responded (possible multiple calls going on at once / waiting for someone to answer prior to jumping on the line) - difficult to understand due to accent, sounded to be from the sub-continent.
