I received a call from this number, which disconnected as soon as I answered. Out of curiosity, I called it from a landline, and got a hyper-enthusiastic, heavily accented voicemail saying "welcome to expeering(?) technologies, please hold the line while we connect you with a representative", adding that I was currently caller number 35. Seems very spammy to me.
