automated voice calling as “brenda” from “ANZ bank”

Same as the message for 0485 972 931 which I have just posted, disregard this message if you have posted my first message from Thursday. Confused yet? I am...... They leave a voice mail message something like "PRESS 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. Your phone is not being used properly so we will cancel it later today."

Seems pointless but it might panic a newbie.
Or an Oldster with few marbles left, like me.... :)

SCAM -- Telstra service cancelled -- I'm not even with Telstra

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with a call back message being recorded on completion.

Caller: ANZ

Automated Australian robocall claiming to be from the ANZ requiring for certain numbers to be press to confirm that a recent transcation has been made. Then after a few seconds it dropped out. Lucky for me i do not have an account with ANZ! SCAM!!

Recorded message about Optus emergency outage in both English and Chinese. SCAMMER.

I simply can't trust unsolicited calls anymore. If it's important they can leave a message. Message2Text reads: "Press one, Chinese query reasons, please press two."
